Background
After 30 years in concreting and underground mining, our company’s founder became frustrated by the limitations and outcomes of underground concreting processes.
Identifying may gaps in training and expertise and disappointed with the standard of delivery, he compiled a short list of desirable criterion which could alleviate these shortcomings.
He wanted to offer:
- High quality concreting solutions
- On time, to spec, within budget
- Innovative solutions to the current limitations of underground concreting equipment
- A workforce team made up of qualified tradesmen with specialist concreting experience.
With these ideas in mind, Undercon Pty Ltd was established in 2009 by founders Adam and Louise Benson.
Initially consisting of four employees – all from the Benson family – the workforce steadily grew in order to accommodate increasing demand and soon employed more than 20 qualified, enthusiastic, performance-driven concreters.
