We ensure all employees and management receive the appropriate information, instruction, training and supervision necessary to carry out their workplace responsibilities safely.
Undercon is committed to maintaining safe systems of work. We never compromise on safety and provide our workforce with the safety skills, training and equipment necessary to ensure the workplace, so far as is reasonably practicable, is without risk to our employees’ health and safety.

We have adopted measures of prevention, intervention and hazard awareness and most importantly, our teams look out for each other and all others in the workplace. It is this approach and unrelenting vigilance to all WH&S matters that has afforded us such excellent WH&S outcomes.
Future Significant Safety Initiatives
Undercon recently provided first aid training for all current employees.
We believe that by increasing the awareness of the probability and type of injuries, along with enabling employees with the knowledge to administer first aid, our workers will be more alert to the consequences of hazards that exist in the workplace.
Undercon provides ongoing training in all aspects of workplace WH&S to our employees.
We have enlisted the services of a Professional WH&S consultant in our effort to continuously improve and cement our commitment to OH&S.
