Concrete is the world’s most versatile building product because of its inherent hardness and strength. One of the downsides of the product is removing it once it has achieved full strength. Washing off wet concrete from a concrete mixer is no more difficult than washing off clay mud but sooner or later concrete spills can build up and require mechanical removal at great cost. Undercon suggests the use of high pressure water blasters to clean off all equipment before the concrete spills dry. In the event of a failure or neglect we can restore the product to its original function and appearance.
Undercon completes annual Non Destructive Magnetic Particle Test to all of our structural welds and lifting points as well as performing regular repairs and modifications across our wide range of equipment.
